Positive: Really nice hotel. Big comfortable room, really quiet in and sleeping very well. Big balcony. Wi-Fi. But our favorite place is swimming pool - 5 stars! Good breakfast. Recommended for family staying

Positive: This is our second visit to this hotel. The rooms are of fantastic quality. Upon arrival, the beds for the children were already in the room and ready (this is not the case in every hotel). There are many inflatable rings in the pool. I also liked the sauna. The breakfast was also quite good.

Positive: Everything was incredible, the girl on the reception was the the nicest, so attentive and helpful, advised is on the weather and where to stay in our next stop Kazbegi. The guys in the dinner and breakfast were amazing too. Regardless low season everything was working - the sauna, the restaurant, the room was incredible, we really appreciated the upgrade. Would definitely definitely come back if ever in the region again!

Positive: It's a modern three storey property in the midst of vineyards . The rooms are accessible by elevators. 24 hr reception is there. Rooms are large , comfortable and have the usual amenities that come with a modern hotel. There is a restaurant and a lounge bar. We had delicious food at the restaurant. Their local wines were also great. There is a dry sauna which we made use of . We gave the swimming pool a miss as the water was too cold. Would highly recommend the hotel but only in the right season. Winter doesn't do justice to the place.

Negative: As we travelled in winter the vine yards were barren and so the views were not so great. There is nothing to do in the village or the neighbouring villages. Paper cups in the rooms were really out of place.

Positive: Wonderful property. Beautiful location. The staff is excellent and very helpful. Especially Diana at the reception. The boy at the restaurant is very polite and helpful. Their house wine is fantastic

Negative: They must check their linen. We had torn bed and pillow covers.

Positive: The staff was really friendly. The room was nice and clean, with everything necessary in it. The location and the view was great, really nice to get out from noisy city and have an quiet and comfortable weekend.

Negative: The breakfast could be better, the options of the dishes was not ideal. It was acceptable though. The HVAC system was quite noisy and while it was handling the temperature in the room quite well it was struggling with fresh air. We had to leave the balcony door open to get some fresh air in, otherwise the room was getting really uncomfortable.

Summary: Really nice place for a small weekend trip.
