Positive: The house is brand new and designed to a very high standard. The rooms have Swedish foam mattresses and plenty of electric sockets. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The common areas are comfortable and spacious. The property is located in a beautiful area of the countryside but 20 minutes from several great sights. Very rapid communication with the host.

Positive: Brand new studios with simple but smart and tasteful furniture, room/bathroom smaller but comfortable. Additional facilities in a large shared etertainment/kitchen area (incl. a good coffeemaker and free coffee...). Truly accomodating host - we could check in earlier and check out later. I am a strict evaluator, usually, yet here I mark 10.

Negative: Necessary to plan food supply in advance, limited boarding in the location and limited possibilities to shop in the area in general. Or pick and hunt...
