Positive: Dog friendly, big garden, well-equipped kitchen, powerful shower, welcoming host, comfortable bed, spacious, perfect quiet location surrounded by a few other houses and nature, between the mountains and Karlovy Vary. WiFi worked well. We were all very relaxed in the house, very much including the dogs. There was a lot of wood left for us, which was very nice! The fireplace is the centrepiece of the house and we loved it.

Negative: Generally very clean except for under the table (crumbs) and some of the cutlery and dishes which were dirty. It lacked toilets upstairs where the bedrooms are. Stairs are steep, so this is not suitable for those with mobility issues. TV only had Netflix, but that was enough for us. The house is mostly in a decent condition, but it could be renovated soon. We had troubles finding the property because the address was not complete, but the owner/manageress was quick to send us a message with the exact coordinates. Including accurate and more detailed instructions on how to find the house with photos would have been helpful, like the fact that you had to exit the village where the address of the house is (this was confusing!). The short small road leading up to the property has a rather narrow bridge which was fine for our Toyota Prius, but not for a wider vehicle.
