House located in the middle of the nature of "Provence" with a stunning view of the surroundings, no opposite sight or any neighborhood nuisance, less than 10 minutes from the city center of Aubagne.
A 140-square-metre single-storey house on 4000 sqm of wooded land with an absolute calm swimming pool (11-4.5 m), with a dominant 360-degree view of the Garlaban, the Sainte-Baume and the Gemenos plain. You can walk from the property for walks in the hills of the famous autor Marcel Pagnol or enjoy the beachfront in Cassis, La Ciotat or the Calanques de Marseille.
Fully repainted house in 2014 with two distinct areas: day area / night area.
Four bedrooms:
- A room ( with a 160cm width bed) with private black marble square shower room and toilet.
- A room (with a 180cm width bed) with television
- A closed mezzanine room with new bedding in 160
- A children's room with 90 bunk beds and a drawer bed. (3 children's beds in all)

Kitchen installed in June 2014 and equipped with American fridge.
Double living room separated by a fireplace.
Veranda and terrace allow you to eat outside easily.
