Positive: We stayed for a week. The souplex is comfortable locating in quiet and safe area with many restaurants, local shops, bakery and supermarkets nearby. Walking distance to Rue Mouffetard, so we could buy seafood and vegetable there and cooked at the souplex. Near metro stations and bus stops which is very easy to go everywhere in Paris. The room is well equipped with everything we need. We felt warm as being at home. Samuel is very helpful and gave us very quick respond. Check-in is easy with clear instruction. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Paris.

Negative: Sometimes Wifi signal in the bedroom downstair is lost. The stair is creaky when walking up and down. But we don’t mind these 2 little issues that much.

Positive: Apartment is as advertised and shown in the photos Samuel, the manager, was very responsive and polite The place is ideal for a couple with or without 1-2 small children or 3-4 students who don't mind sharing a small space Bedrooms are in the basement, with very little daylight but were comfortable, relatively clean and did not smell Appreciated the USB extensions on the nightstand Bathroom and shower were great Wifi (with extension) worked well in general, had to make sure the router was plugged in Excellent safe location close to everything we needed (grocery, restaurants, pharmacies, metro and bus stations) Lots of useful facilities, including washer and fridge

Negative: Our late (7 PM) and announced check in was awkward because the cleaning lady and her children were still in the apartment and we waited for about an hour for her to finish cleaning Apartment was not spotless, we found dirty things under our beds and the towels and bed linens although clean, had stains

Positive: Tastefully decorated little apartment, very well equipped with kitchen utensils and other facilities. Very pleasant area, within walking distance to Jardin des Plantes and Latin Quarter.

Negative: Problem at check in: key was not where it was supposed to be and the manager did not answer our phone calls right away. While the problem was solved within 15 minutes, it caused some worry as we were waiting at the door with two tired children. The stairs to the underground bedrooms are steep and may be difficult to use for visitors with limited mobility. Because of very limited natural light, the apartment may be less suitable for visitors who plan to spend much time indoors.
