Summary: Enjoyed our stay while we were in town to babysit our granddaughter. Very nice home with everything you need! The owner made a special trip in to get the WiFi password working, which was extremely appreciated! Very nice! She even provided her personal cell number to us for any further issues (which we didn’t have). This lovely home had so many amenities, we weren’t sure what we could or couldn’t use. Cute fall decorations and lots of pillows and throw blankets. My only complaint is the correspondence from the management. Details from our initial booking, check-in and checkout all had information from a different rental in Eden, which caused confusion. When the WiFi password wasn’t working, they sent reset instructions from another rental as well. Tips for the owners: have a welcome packet with your guest book with all relevant information: WiFi, garage code, do’s and don’ts; info about check-out process; how to use the washer (softener process); Have your management company send correct info to your guests. Overall, I will definitely seek out this rental the next time I’m in town!
