Positive: Excellently located to the amenities and 5 mins from seafront (downhill).Charming period building but a little tired in places-but clean. Communication. Efficient

Negative: Comfort of sofas and beds could be a little better. Front door tricky to open. Taps awkward

Negative: Lightings outside from entrance very poor. Had to use my phone to be as a touch. Fox waste product also at the entrance Shower water was also very hot. Tried turning down but remained hot.

Negative: The house was in a nice central location and was lovely and clean. The area was nice and a short walk to the centre with places to eat etc. The train station is about 10 mins away with easy access into London. The only thing I woukd say is that We just struggled slightly relaxing in the evening as not enough comfy chairs for 8. If there was another comfortable sofa or chairs I would have scored it 10.
