Summary: I lived in Santa Fe for many years and I can confidently say this condo is inan excellent location! It was a 6 minute drive to every area we enjoy visiting downtown. Only 15 minutes to the airport, too! The condo was designed to support a quiet sleep by putting the bedrooms on the opposite end of the balcony which faces the highway. The place was decorated tastefully and had everything we needed. The price was more than reasonable for the space. Highly recommended! Kind hosts and good communication.

Summary: We arrived at the property and it had not been turned over yet. Contacted the property manager and they got the cleaning crew out quickly and did a quick turn over on the condo. The condo is ok with a very nice balcony and furniture setup we enjoyed during our stay. The inside could use a bit of updating and some minor repairs, but it was good overall. The location worked well for getting around Santa Fe and the surrounding areas. We visited many national parks and areas in northern New Mexico during our stay and this was a great location to launch from. Being so close to the main highway made trips easy and there was not a lot of road noise. It was also quite close to downtown, so trips into town were short.

Summary: Our 5 night stay at the Greg Ave condo in Santa Fe was excellent. The location was perfect, the place was clean, and the owner was attentive and a pleasure to deal with. I would stay here again without hesitation. One thing to note: this unit is in building A on the third floor. During our stay, the elevator for this building was out of order which made for a minor inconvenience. Nevertheless, I would stay here again.
