Our house is located in the Baix Empordà region, at the foot of the Gavarres massif, in the peaceful village of Sant Sadurní de l'Heura, which together with the municipalities of Cruïlles and Monells, form the municipality, only 6 km away from La Bisbal d'Empordà.
The privileged location of our rural house allows us to enjoy the best beaches and coves of the Costa Brava (Catalonia) that are only a few kilometers away, as well as the best walking or cycling paths in the region.
The Can Puigmiquel cottage, all of it made of solid stone, dates back to the 15th century and, without losing its exterior charm, has been renovated and divided into 7 fully equipped and independent accommodations.
The garden is approximately 1,500m2 of lawn, is provided with a swimming pool, playground for children, barbecue area, as well as different recreational areas ideal for summer afternoon gatherings and for the enjoyment of the little ones .
