Step inside this nearly 100-year-old cottage in the heart of the Rose District and be transported to a world of comfort and charm. This home has been lovingly restored to keep its antique character while offering modern amenities. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel at home in the warm and inviting interior, decorated with rustic touches that create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
The master bath provides the ultimate spa experience featuring a spacious steam shower that comes complete with aromatherapy spray and multiple shower heads, including a large rainfall shower head that will wash your worries away.
Outside, the spool is the centerpiece of our outdoor space, and it's the perfect place to soak, swim, and unwind. A spool (sometimes referred to as a spa-pool) is a fusion between a hot tub and swimming pool. The warm, inviting water and powerful jets will soothe your muscles and melt away any stress, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
This cottage is designed for ultimate relaxation– perfect for a couples retreat, fun-filled girls weekend or for anyone seeking some much needed R&R. Treat yourself to a truly memorable and unique getaway.
SPOOL (SPA/POOL) INFO
• Cold weather: The pool is available year-round. However, please note that if the outdoor temperature drops to 40 degrees or below, it is not possible to heat the pool. Due to its size, the pool will not retain heat during particularly cold weather conditions.
• Debris: While we make sure to thoroughly clean the pool before every stay, the backyard has great coverage from over-arching trees that shed leaves, twigs, and debris that may blow into the outdoor pool. Guests are provided with pool nets that can be used to remove debris and a leaf blower to blow leaves off patio as needed during their stay.
• Weekly Maintenance: Access for routine cleaning and maintenance of the pool is required. Message reminders will be sent the day before service.
• Pool automatically shuts off at 11 pm.
• Dimensions: 10' W x 17' L x 4' D
Being in "Green Country" you may encounter bugs and other wild-life near the property. The property is regularly treated for bugs and other pests but it is not a perfect solution. Please note that if you see bugs in the home or wildlife in the backyard that no refunds will be given.
For our safety and yours, there are two security cameras located on the exterior of the home– one doorbell camera and one camera pointed at the driveway. Cameras are motion activated and do have video and audio capabilities. Additionally, a noise decibel device is in effect to ensure our guests are respectful of local ordinances.

Summary: 4 friends and I enjoyed our stay. Utilized the outdoor grill and spool. Steam shower combo was soothing with eucalyptus spray after a soak in bear claw tub one evening. Clean and well-maintained. Jen was a gem as well. Much appreciated. We will all be back!

Summary: The Cottage was even better than we anticipated! The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a VRBO! Jen thought of every convenient thing we would ever need or think of. When ever we come back to this area this will be the place we stay! The house was decorated to perfection!

Summary: We stayed for about a week and loved every minute! It was easy to get to downtown Tulsa or just a couple of blocks to downtown Broken Arrow. Was very spacious and could easily accommodate 6 adults as long as two could manage the twin beds. The only negative from us was the king size bed was a little soft We loved the unique finishes around the house. The spool was wonderful! Warm in the morning and cool in the afternoon when the outside was very hot! Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Wi-Fi used for a zoom meeting was stable and fast. Had a full size washer and dryer on site is nice so we came home with a suitcase full of clean clothes! Would definitely recommend! Everything we needed was there: linens and dishes and pots and pans! Well worth the money!!

Summary: The cottage was beyond expectations! The rooms were adorable and wonderfully equipped to make unpacking easy. The house was gorgeous! The spool and master bath are an experience in and of itself. How close we were to Main Street was phenomenal, and also only a short drive to downtown Tulsa. The owners also made this experience so smooth. We did at one point have an issue with the HVAC, but they not only responded to the message immediately, they also came out and resolved it for us. Seriously amazing service! Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to experience your home away from home Jen!
