Summary: This is a convenient location near the Chinatown area. The accommodations are modest. There is a bed, couch, and coffee table. This is an excellent, no frills, sleeping arrangement. The host was friendly and helpful. The outside of the complex appears worn but the inside is clean. Outside noise can be a factor so consider earplugs. I would stay here again.

Summary: We had originally booked a stay in Jersey City. A few weeks before our trip, we saw this room come up. It's the cheapest stay on Manhattan Island. It is located near two subway entrances, a park, and many food options. Walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge and the financial district. Jido was amazing, helpful, and very quiet. Hardly ever heard or saw him. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Definitely would recommend.
