Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much. We were looking for a place with a hot tub, nice views, good food within a reasonable distance and hikes not too far away. This place checked off all the boxes for us. With just the 2 of us and a dog, we only needed to use the main floor. But the other spaces looked nice as well. We had no complaints and would gladly stay again.

Summary: We love the Catskills and visit often. Deer Hollow was on a very pretty property with the deck overlooking the grounds & wild garden was amazing! We loved all the wildlife as well, from the large variation of birds, to chipmunks and of course deer. The house has very nice sized bedrooms w/ comfortable beds & plenty of pillows. It was a bit dark inside & could benefit from more lamps. The kitchen is not very functional, with very little counter space, but we mostly used the grill, which was brand new. The manager Jeff was really fantastic. He was super responsive to an issue with the gas firepit next to the hot tub. He tried to help via text, but when none of his suggestions worked, he came the next day with a new firepit and assembled very quickly. Evenings after that were sublime!

Summary: This house is in a very nice location. We enjoyed the wild life and garden. Very spacious home for our family and the porch/hot tub was a fun place to gather and relax. The property owner makes check in/check out easy and was also very responsive to a plumbing issue we had during the stay.

Summary: The house is very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub. The grounds are a great way to experience nature and the town of Calicoon has everything you need while being small and cute for our NY city family. There were some problems with the plumbing but Jeff was quickly responsive.
