Summary: Best place for a family trip with small grandchildren

Summary: The house is beautiful and has an ample yard with a nice child-friendly play area. It is safely fenced in. There is a beach nearby, but it is very small and shared with a large community. I would not rent this property for beach activities. It was great for our women's retreat of 8 ladies, with ample seating in the living room for group discussion. One downfall was there is no TV in that area, so when we watched movies or training sessions we went into the great room where all the bunk beds are. This was satisfactory, but not ideal and some of us sat on the floor. The kitchen is great, with enough seating and extra chairs. Don't count on a good coffee maker though, there's only a standard pot with on/off switch; grateful we brought our Keurig. Our Roku was not needed, as the TV was set with all the apps you'd need. Bathrooms (2) were good. The beds were barely big enough to share, but it was fine and those that didn't want to share a (seemed like full size, not queen) could choose to sleep on the bunk beds. There are plenty of beaches and town amenities within 10 minutes.
