Summary: The property is charming and well equipped. Super clean on check-in, quiet location, walking distance to food, supplies, and beach. Would give a glowing recommendation to anyone traveling to Pacific City!

Summary: This was without a doubt the cleanest vacation rental we have stayed in. The kitchen was equipped with all our cooking needs plus a dishwasher to take care of dirty dishes. The beds were comfortable. My wife's favorite room was the sun room, where she could read a book and have a fantastic river view. The shed was supplied with tables and chairs for the deck plus a barbecue. Two bicycles were available with helmets to wear. Also a cooler. The washer and dyer came in handy for our weeks stay. We were able to put our kayaks into the river directly behind the house. It was only a short walk to the beach and there were plenty of beach towels available for everyone. The fire pit was fun and the s'mores were great. We would recommend this rental and would rent it again when back in Pacific City.
