Summary: This is a great little house if you want to stay in Boulder City! It's walking distance to the restaurants and shops in downtown Boulder City. This home had everything we needed - living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry space. The owners were quick to respond to our questions. I would surely stay here again the next time I visit Boulder City. Thank you for a great place to stay for our week in Nevada :)

Summary: My wife and I spent 2 nights here and enjoyed the place after a long day out. The owners made the stay easy with thinking of everything you might need for a stay. Walking distance to the historical downtown. I would definitely recommend this place.

Summary: We traveled to Boulder City to watch our son play in the NCAA Division III golf championship. The location was near both golf courses and the neighborhood was perfect for relaxing after a long day on the course. The house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the coffee and treats at the Boulder City Company Store! We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This is a great home located walking distance from downtown Boulder City. The beds are VERY comfortable, and the home is decorated with kitschy charm. It was very clean, and equipped with all the essentials. The owners are good communicators. I arrived 10 minutes early, and without realizing it, tried to enter with the code they gave me. I contacted them when it didn’t work, and they graciously informed me I was early (whoops…), and kindly let me in. I would not hesitate to stay here again the next time I go to Boulder City.

Summary: I love the neighborhood, its quiet and comfortable with lots of fun things to do very close by. When we checked out I forgot my cooler in the unit. The Host was kind enough to re-set the door code and let us back in later that day so I could pick it up. very prompt and helpful communication.
