Summary: The only room that needs some repair is the bathroom—fixtures are loose and crooked. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pans, a Keurig coffee maker, and everything else one might need in a short-term rental. St Vincent Hospital is a short 3-1/2 block walk.
