Delightful, spacious, modern-day villa with air-conditioning for 5 people 10 minutes ’drive from the beaches. With a private garden and equipped with garden furniture, barbeque, parasol, and private parking facilities for 2/3 cars, located in an ideal geographical location between Aix en Provence and Marseille. Just a 10 minute drive from Cassis, a quaint Provencal fishing village in South of France.
On the ground floor there is the main living area with a brand new fully equipped kitchen, beautiful lounge-diner and an open fire place. The cozy TV / games room with DVD’s, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and second toilette are located just off the main living room, on a slightly lower level. The three bedrooms and shower room are on the first floor, and also equipped with air-conditioning. The villa has been renovated last year and all the equipment is new.
Outside, there are two terraces, one for relaxing and taking in the sun and the other equipped with a charcoal barbeque. Situated in a calm and peaceful environment, you will be sure to make the most of the exterior after a busy day out and about. The villa is also equipped with an alarm system. The bed linen is included in the price. The proprietor of this villa is British and is available and onsite within 5 minutes should you need any assistance or information to ensure a great holiday.

Summary: Stayed with 2 friends - visiting for the world cup rugby. We had a great time and the house was exactly as advertised - with lots of space and well fitted. Would be great with family too, lots of nice areas outside & inside. Thank you for great hospitality!

Summary: A very clean, well thought out and equipped house. Plenty of space for a family of five. Delightful garden with a variety of plants,lovely views and multiple seating areas. Comfortable beds and sofa. Good sized dining tables. Well stocked kitchen.

Summary: We had a very pleasant stay, the house is exactly as described, very well appointed and comfortable. It has a wonderful outdoor space too. Check-in and check out was easy, and communication was always very prompt. We will be back!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the house in Carnoux. We had a warm welcome and checking in was smooth. The house fit our group of five perfectly. It was very well equipped and stylishly decorated. We loved having access to the the front and back patios. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to a grocery store and boulangerie. It’s also a short distance from visiting the local sites in Cassie, Marseille, and the Calanques in between. We would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: We loved this place. Beautiful garden and views, on the top of the hill in a quiet neighbourhood. The house was well equipped with all you may need. Great location for exploring Provence and Calanques National Park, short drive to Cassis, restaurants and seaside. The host, Elizabeth, lives nearby and was responding very quickly to any question we had. We would definitely come back again.
