Our guest suite is available to rent beginning January 2nd to April 30th each year. It is located on our three and a half acre property and separated from our main home for complete privacy and quiet. Across from the guest suite entrance is the entrance gate to our 20,000 gallon pool. The suite is 700 square feet with 9' ceilings for the living and sleeping areas with a generously sized 3/4 bath, large walk in closet, and a large covered porch. We have free WiFi access provided by Cox. We do not have a full kitchen, however we have a 1000 watt microwave, cuisinart toaster oven, a 5'x30" portable butcher block table for meal prep, new Charbroil gas grill on the patio (30000 btu)including utensils and steak knives, indoor and outdoor tables and chairs and covered swing for two, high quality disposables, glasses, and silverware and ceramic coffee cups, a 4.5 cu ft. refrigerator with frost free freezer, coffee maker and grinder with fresh beans, and teas.
Close by we have four fast food places, the best coffee shop for coffee and pastries and a huge gathering spot for bicyclists, an Irish pub, an Italian deli and sandwich place and a wonderful Mexican restaurant and a local family pizza restaurant.
An ideal location for visiting gem show buyers or sellers, visiting bicyclists, golfers or anyone wanting to be within a very short distance to dozens of golf courses, the top of Mount Lemmon, Sabino Canyon, the Saguaro National Park East, or any of the attractions south and east of town - Colossal Caves, Kartchner Caverns, bird watching in Patagonia, or the historic towns of Tombstone and Bisbee Arizona. A twenty minute drive puts you at Campbell and Skyline roads where you will find Gallery Row and some of the finest dining in Tucson.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day / 3 night stay. The casita was very clean, spacious and comfortable - excellent bed. Host provided all of the essentials for a relaxing stay. We especially liked his artwork! The location is far enough from the urban noise to enjoy some peace and quiet but was still easily accessible to all of the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show venues. Summary: We scheduled a week's stay at this homey casita. It was quiet, relaxing, and had everything we needed. We planned ahead knowing what the tiny but mighty kitchenette could accommodate for meals, including tending to the BBQ while watching sunset from the porch swing. It was an immaculate and well cared for space. The owners were super helpful and responsive to our questions, but they also gave us total privacy. We will definitely return.
