Come enjoy some 'down time' and 'recharge' at Lake Keowee! Fish from our community dock, paddle around in your canoe, or rent a jet ski or boat and get out on the water! Searching for the perfect lake house get away? If so, then this is the house for you! This open floor plan home was built in 2008 and recently purchased and outfitted with furniture and appliances. This incredible property has the look of a countryside lodge and the feel of a beachside villa. The home is full of advancements and modern amenities, giving you the feeling you never left the comforts of your home.
Entering the main floor from the drive way, you are met with a large great room with a lofty cathedral ceiling, and a wall of windows overlooking beautiful views of the lake. The great room features a stone fireplace. Above the fireplace is a 55” HD LCD TV with sound bar, and Spectrum cable. The room also contains a couch, and two recliners. The dining area seats up to 8 and a fully equipped kitchen features brown pearl granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The main level also contains the master bedroom, master bathroom, half bathroom, and laundry room. The master bedroom has a king bed, a walk in closet and a massive bathroom with double granite sinks and a huge 10 foot plus tiled walk-in shower. A laundry room is also available for your use. The upper level consists of two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk bed - great for kids. The second bedroom has a king size bed. Two sliding glass doors open from the great room on to the deck with views of the lake and shared dock. Outdoor spaces include a wrap around deck, a furnished covered porch, and a propane gas grill for grilling out. Our house is located in the southwest part of Lake Keowee on a deep water cove in a no wake zone, providing a quiet setting for relaxing next to the water. Gas for your boat is just around the bend in the lake. We are conveniently just minutes from Seneca, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Clemson University is minutes away, offering sporting and cultural events for you to enjoy.

Summary: Stayed for Thanksgiving week 2024 rather than having my kids fly home from Clemson since there was a home game. Aside from losing the game, everything was perfect… House is very clean with all the amenities you will need for a family stay. Host communication was great and they have a great instructions book on the counter. Highly recommend and would stay there again and likely will.

Summary: Brian was so helpful and communicative with us and very flexible. He even drove all the way out to help us with an internet issue we had! He bent over backwards to make sure we were happy and doing well in his lovely house!

Summary: We recently stayed here while moving our son into Clemson and celebrating my wife's birthday. The kids enjoyed the game and karaoke machine and taking a walk down to the lake. House was clean and the host checked in on us after checking in to see how everything was and to reach out should we need anything. Great stay.

Summary: We spent 2 weeks and it was wonderful. We were close to our land that we own so we were able to meet builders the dock was great the location was superb for boating highly recommend The washing of towels before leaving is a lot to ask because most people leave early in the am. We left a day early so we could visit with my sister. So it worked out. Thanks for letting us use your place.

Summary: House is nice. Good space for hangout by out as a family. One thing to note. You have to wash, dry and put away your towels before you leave. I did not see this in their listing. So potential renters should be aware of this policy as it’s nearly impossible to take an early morning shower and then depart leaving your towels unwashed without being charged an addition $40 fee. Lesson learned.

Summary: We had an amazing time at this property. It was a great place for our girls to escape dorm life for just a little bit. The owner communicated with us to make sure our stay was going well. We look forward to visiting this area again and hopefully staying here.
