Summary: The property is very characterful close to local shops. It was very warm and needed AC but the pool was great! There was a local bus however more flexibility with public transport would have been even better. The host was lovely as was the housekeeper. The pool, the garden area and views were beautiful and outdoor eating great. Cat and tortoise kept us entertained ♥️ thank you Marie and Rita !

Summary: Good location, easy to get about town, walking, by bus or uber. We have a 17 and 18 year old and the house was ideal for relaxing, lots of separate areas to chill out on your own with a book or socialise. Three different ares to eat, the terrace, the kitchen and garden with its lovely plants and trees. Marseille is a great city, we visited the museum of Contemporary Art, the Mucem, Unite d'habitation, the port and fish market, we went to the Basilica Notre-Dame de la Garde, at sunset. We tried a few different beaches and liked them all, although we got a bit lost looking for the bathing area at Malmousque. We had a great stay in the house and hope to return to Marseille sometime.
