Summary: We had a fabulous family holiday at this villa! It has an abundance of great facilities, includibg a wonderful pool and garden and a superb location.

Summary: The house and garden are lovely, and the pool is excellent. The house has a homely feel, though possibly with a few too many ornaments if you have very young children. It was clearly a very high-spec house back in the day, but could do with a refresh, particularly in the kitchen. Note that if you have a large or long or low car, you many scrape the underside when entering to use the driveway, but there is handy parking at the town square - just as well as there was a car in the low garage itself.

Summary: We all ( ages 54 to 15) really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful family home. The pool was excellent, the house was clean and lovely to stay in. The village has good bus links to Dinard, St Lunaire and St.Malo, a bakery, bar and small supermarket. It is a very pretty location.

Summary: Great house for holidays with family and friends. Well located (100 meters from the village main square with shops, close to the main roads to St Malo, Dinard). Pool is great, good service. Highly recommend this place.

Summary: This is a really nice place to stay in a quiet town not far from lots of lovely places to visit. There are many great beaches nearby. The pool is probably the best we've ever had at this type of house. It's quite deep throughout so possibly not good for very young children but lots of fun for good swimmers. Everything was well-organised and easy, and there is loads of room in the house. Would be even better if a few essentials were provided on arrival - e.g. a dishcloth, bin bags. Also, some of the kitchen equipment is a bit dated/lacking, e.g. not enough spoons. Overall, though, a highly recommended holiday.

Summary: A great villa in a lovely location. Spent 2 weeks with family including our 5 grandchildren and 6 adults. The villa was very well equipped with a lovely, albeit a little deep swimming pool, for those that can’t swim. The location was great with a boulangerie, bar, supermarket, and bistro within walking distance. Everything you need for a great family holiday .

Summary: Stayed for 7 nights with a family of 2 adults and 5 children. House was spacious and really well equipped. The pool was fantastic for the children and nice and warm. La Richardais is a great location with lots to do nearby - We visited the sailing centre (200m from the house) and hired some kayaks. There is a great Bistro / Creperie (L'Escale) just 300m from the house and a small supermarket and boulangerie just around the corner. We also visited nearby Dinard and St Malo (both 10 minutes away.) - Grand Aquarium at St Malo is great and the 39/45 memorial is also very interesting. Overall, a great property in a super location - thoroughly recommended!
