Summary: There were pros and cons to this stay. The owners were very responsive and the house itself was clean. With that said, there were a lot of things that could be improved. The blinds were broken, the couch and outdoor ping pong table were being held up by bricks, bathroom towel hanger was falling off the wall, the board games left were all broken and the pool was dirty. Easy fixes that could help improve the stay.

Summary: Charming Hollywood OasisWed, Mar 12 – Sat, Mar 15We had a party of seven staying at this cozy and centrally located home, which was perfect for our needs as we were in town for a family funeral. The living room’s fireplace was a wonderful feature, especially since the weather was chilly and rainy for most of our stay. Fortunately, Saturday brought sunshine, allowing us to host a family cookout and fully enjoy the outdoor space.The two sets of double French doors made it easy for guests to move in and out seamlessly. The kids had fun playing table tennis, though the property could use better-quality balls. The pool looked inviting, but it was too cold for us to use during our visit.A couple of small improvements could enhance the experience: a propane-connected fire pit would be a great addition, as well as stronger kitchen trash bags, as the ones provided tore easily. Summary: Jim was a great host responded to all of our needs. The house was really clean. Everything you see in the pictures is exactly how it looks like in person. The outdoor area is bigger then what it looks like in the picture. The neighborhood was super safe and quiet. Looking forward to booking with Jim again.
