Positive: The apartment was comfortable and clean.

Negative: You have to pay for parking in Harrisburg. There is no free parking available. The neighborhood is a bit run-down, but we did not experience any discomfort with the neighbors. The refrigerator was not working while we were there, but we got a partial and fair reimbursement for the inconvenience.

Positive: The property was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was very nice as well. I do agree with other reviews the building smells like cigarettes pretty bad but the apartment itself didn’t really. The owner was also really nice and very communicative.

Negative: Parking kind of sucks, I got a ticket. I didn’t know that Harrisburg checks meters on Saturday’s which I guess is my fault for not seeing that on the sign.

Positive: The owner was extremely responsive and kind throughout our entire stay. Location is convenient. The apartment is just the right size for 2 people and equipped with all the essentials.

Negative: I knew it was by bars but I forgot how loud and late Americans can be out, and how loud cars can be at 2am haha I didn’t mind but it interrupted by sisters sleep.

Summary: Overall it was a very lovely experience and I’d recommend anyone who can sleep with a little noise to stay here :) was v

Positive: The size was larger than expected. Although I did not use the kitchen because my conference supplied meals, it was great having the option, huge shower with good pressure. Walking distance to restaurants and waterfront. Comfortable, especially the bed.

Negative: The smell walking in the main door is unpleasant, cigarettes and Marijuana with a touch of wet dog, once inside the apartment most of that goes away. My guess it's in the old carpet on both sets of stairs. Very loud area with people on the street and loud cars and motorcycles racing, yes, racing by.

Positive: The place was a great location and had everything within walking distance.... The hosts were nice and the pricing was good for what you received.

Negative: Walking into the building all I smelt was weed and cigarettes, which set off my asthma, so Im glad the apartment did not smell that way. The place was also a little dirty, seems like it was quickly cleaned, so the next person could get in...
