Step into this charming three bedroom Edmonds home that is close to everything, yet far enough for a peaceful and quiet retreat. It is a few minutes drive to local boutique shops and restaurants in the heart of downtown Edmonds, waterfront Marina, Kingston Ferry and Amtrak station. It is incredibly walkable neighborhood and close proximity to bus access if you wish to commute.

Since we do not live in the property, we have security cameras installed in the outside of the home only. There is NO cameras inside for guest privacy.

There is strictly no smoking (of any kind) inside or outside of the home (within 80 feet perimeter). Pot is legal here in Seattle, but please smoke it somewhere else.

Any signs of smoking inside or within 80 feet perimeter of the house, can result in losing your Security Deposit of $200 and will result with a negative renter review.

If you need to leave the rental early, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

We will charge $10/person above 5 occupancy per day. If at the time of booking you indicate that you have more than 5 guests, you will automatically be charged accordingly. We are unable to refund additional guest charge if you decide that there will be lesser guests later on.

Summary: The property was in a wonderful neighborhood, with a 1 mile walk to downtown, and to parks. It was spotless and spacious. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedrooms were spacious. We would stay here again.

Summary: Neighborhood felt safe, house exterior is a little run down but the interior is in somewhat better condition and very clean. Host was quick to respond when we had a small maintenance issue (probably caused by a previous guest). Most of the basic amenities are there for your stay except - there are no curtains or blinds on the windows & skylights in the two upstairs bedrooms! The downstairs bedroom does have curtains on its windows, but they don't completely block the light. So instead of being able to sleep in, most of our group woke up at 6-7 am. The portable AC unit in the main living area wasn't large enough to keep the temperature low in the bedrooms but it did help.

Summary: This is a well kept home which was perfect for our 3 day stay. Close drive to the market and water. Ferry real close too. Host was very accommodating and took care of our needs. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Summary: This home was close to Seattle and was easy to find and very clean. Home owner was very responsive and great entry instructions. As was stated in pervious reviews the home does not have AC. The upstairs rooms got rather warm and there is not much yard space. So if you enjoy sitting/cooking outside this would not be the best location. We enjoyed Edmonds and being close to highways. It was a very nice stay.

Summary: We enjoyed great peace and quiet in this home, even though it's on the main road. It was a haven for family visiting from 3 different states. There were numerous skylights and we loved watching the stars as we drifted off to sleep and checking the weather before getting out of bed in the morning. We're grateful to have found this special home.

Summary: This well kept home met all our needs during our long weekend visit. One minor thing to be aware of is there is no air conditioning, but many fans are provided. However, since one of the upstairs bedrooms has no windows to outside, that bedroom can be uncomfortable for sleeping during warm weather (as it was during our stay).
