Private Villa a few minutes walk from the beach, Villa Caloritx is set in a quiet cul-de-sac, in an enviable location overlooking the beautiful Algendar Gorge in the resort of Galdana. A few minutes walk from the beach and the restaurants of resort centre, it is very private, set in a charming plot, with shady olive trees, summer flowers and an 8 metre swimming pool. The villa has been recently updated and is fully air conditioned. It has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 and a large lounge/diner area with huge comfortable corner sofa, TV/DVD, I-pod dock and even a 1200mm telescope to admire the clear skies. There is a family bathroom and well equipped kitchen, with microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and newly installed major appliances. Outside there is a separate utility room, with washing machine. The pool area is located in the sunny, private front garden, with sun loungers and space for al fresco breakfast or lunch.

Summary: A fabulous villa, which is well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed chilling around the pool and on the back terrace which has a great view.while the pool is at the front of the property, it's very private and not overlooked.The terrace at the rear, is very large with outdoor furniture and a pergola..The villa is well placed and is a short to the supermarket and nearest restaurants and to the beach. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions.we had a very relaxing stay.thanks yo Catrin for sharing the villa.will be back, if available

Summary: We had a wonderful time staying at this villa, made some lovely memories. Well equipped, everything you need for children and beautifully presented throughout. The pool is great, private and well looked after. Views from the villa are amazing, sat watching some beautiful sunsets.

Summary: The villa and the location was perfect for us. It was all very comfortable …. beds and sofas and there was plenty of outdoor seating.The thing I could suggest would be a provision of bare essentials like washing up liquid, pan scrubbers and possibly olive oil. Clearer instructions to use the Tv would have been useful. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Summary: The villa is much bigger than the description suggests. The outside space is great, with privacy and nice views. It is ideally located- walking distance from the centre, either via the steps which we didn’t have a problem with, or not much further to walk via the road.

Summary: If you are thinking about booking this villa- do it! You will not be disappointed. The property was advertised a 6 sleeper but now sleeps 8 thanks to the lovely ensuite extension. Comfy, clean, spacious villa with all the amenities you will need. All working apart from some outside lights. The pool is perfect with lots of toys. Nothing beats the terrace with the sunset views (and local entertainment). Handy for a local shop ( less than 5 min walk) and close to lots of beaches which are all sandy and clean. We cheated and used the lift in the apartment block to get to the local beach and town. Plenty of restaurants to choose from if you fancy not using the BBQ. Alaska was a good local one. We did have a car so we could visit places and the larger supermarkets. Kids loved the Splash Sur water park. Would 100% return!

Summary: This place is a little gem. The location was perfect for us, giving us the flexibility of flipping between the pool or beach. The villa was very clean and beautifully decorated. The BBQ and terrace along with the view made the perfect evening setting. The amenities at the villa were great and owner even provided extra beach towels. We’d definitely go back!!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Loved the pool and found the villa to be well equipped and well situated. We would recommend a car but it's not absolutely essential. Lots of restaurants and shops within easy reach. A very easy drive from the airport and also to Cuitadella for a morning out at the market and lunch st the harbour. We are looking forward to returning and have already booked for next year. Loved the nightly entertainment from the local hotel, which we enjoyed from a distance while drinking wine on the terrace! A very minor point is the lack of working outside lights, especially when trying to park on the drive after dark. Catrin was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions/messages.

Summary: Beautiful villa with fantastic pool and terrace! Pictures don’t do it justice, is actually 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and very well equipped for children. Lots of toys, games and inflatables and 2 high chairs which was perfect! Catrin was very responsive and helpful and check in and out was very easy. There is a small supermarket five minute walk away and the beach and town were 15 minute walk. We walked the road way to avoid the steps as we had a buggy but if you use the steps at the end of the road, the beach is only 10 minutes. We had a wonderful week staying here, would definitely recommend!
