Summary: We were in town for my mother in-law’s memorial service, the location of the house was perfect for where we needed to go. The house was large enough for my family of six, each bedroom is big enough for my adult kids and their spouses. The house and deck are larger enough to host my husband’s family after the service. The house is perfect for a large family or to host a large gathering. The house was very clean when we got there, we found everything we needed, towels were laid out on the beds as a nice touch. There was tea and coffee available. I have to go back to the deck, it is beautiful and such a great bonus to use in the evenings and into the night. It’s a nice size, has a grill and a small table on it. It very peaceful on the deck!

Summary: Me, my fiance, and our five children made a short trip to Hutchinson on spring break to visit the Cosmosphere. This house was beautiful and fit all of us comfortably. I loved its location too - quiet neighborhood that's close to pretty much anything you could want. We loved our mini vacation!

Summary: Had a great time in this beautiful, nicely decorated home. Everythi g was as advertised. Comfortable and spacious, easy to check in and out and clean! Only concern was the bedding needed an extra blanket as it was so cold and there was only a thin comforter which would be perfect for summer. All around wonderful.

Summary: We had three boys and my husband and myself in town for a jr golf event. The house provided plenty of room and a well-appointed kitchen to feed teenagers. It was close to the course and convenient to local grocery store. I had to work quite a bit and had plenty of room and the WiFi was good. While multiple modern amenities, it is an older house with the creaks and character that come with that. The host was very responsive and accommodating.
