The rental agency was very responsive to all questions and needs. This was an excellent rental and had beautiful views of the lake from the living areas of the home. the screened in porch also had a good view of the lake.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful and I would love to rent again in the future. However, there was some confusion after checkout where we received an email explaining we would not be getting our deposit back due to a dog that left hair and urinated everywhere along with some damage to the property. I explained that I did not own a dog and that we barely spent anytime in the property as my cousin owns a lake house about 15 miles way and we spent every day with her and the family. I was very concerned but after talking with Kris it seems there was some confusion and we should not worry. As I mentioned above I’d love to rent this house again but would like to understand why we were accused of damaging the property. If it was the owners mistake, I’d like to understand how/why so that we don’t run into the same issue again. Otherwise, we loved everthinf about the house and our stay in Maine.
