Positive: Very convenient and comfortable. We were able to park our hire car nearby on the street. Very responsive host, friendly and helpful.

Negative: Previous guests had smoked in the apartment so the smell of smoke terrible as you entered the apartment. After continuously airing the apartment as much as possible, the smell dissipated. We understand it’s very difficult for the hosts to control so didn’t want to complain.

Summary: Lovely stay in Benavente! We’ll be returning!

Negative: The only thing we didn’t like was the noise of traffic, which cannot be helped by the location. The bedroom is quiet but if using the sofa bed it can be heard.

Summary: We very much enjoyed the stay here and would definitely return again if needed.

Positive: Very well located, clean and cleaning supplies provided to keep it clean. Lots of space as we took a travel cot bed and we still had enough space for a play mat. Quiet area with different places to eat out and a supermarket close by (Pingo Doce). Ruben was always very helpful with any help required.

Negative: The only thing that this property can improve on is by having air con, other than that this is a very good place to stay.

Positive: Very clean appartment, good and soft bed/matress. The appartment was very complete, everything looked new and fresh and was fully equipped with even washing detergent and shampoo. Another big plus is that the town Benavente is near Lissabon, approximately 30 minutes drive with a car. The restaurants in the town and other villages around it are nice and the prices are reasonably lower then in Lissabon. The television in the appartment had a wide range of channels with even a Dutch channel (BVN TV), so it was nice to be able to watch some Dutch tv in the evening when we came back. For me this appartment is really worth repeating next time!

Negative: The only 2 things i could think of, is that there was no waterkettle present and that it is not possible to park right before the appartment because the appartment lies above streetlevel and right before it there is only a sidewalk (i knew that before we booked, it was clear in the info!) But there was always a parkingspace nearby on the road or at a deadend street.

Positive: The location was good to visit Lisbon and Fátima. We enjoyed all the local stores at Benavente.

Negative: There were some flies around the apartment. It didn't really bother us much but the sewer system seemed to attract them.

Summary: Great stay at Benavente. Would recommend 100%

Positive: The apartment is Well located. In the center of villa Everything was Clean and functional. The host was Attentive and very helpful. I totally recommend this place. A private car is needed for better mobility.
