Summary: I thoroughly enjoyed my longer term stay in this precious cottage with a peaceful garden to sit out in nature. Cozy bedroom & relaxing living room all look out to greenery, plus private bathroom. Conveniently located close to beautiful beaches, parks and shopping/restaurants. I would recommend to friends & family. Thank you Martha for such a pretty, rejuvenating place to stay! I look forward to visiting again!

Summary: Awesome guesthouse in a beautiful setting. Great block in a great neighborhood. Cool park a couple blocks away. Everyone very dog friendly. My pup and I had a great time. Highly recommend.

Summary: After a rocky start with management re cleanliness of cottage, I settled into a very comfy stay here for about 3mos. The light is great, lots of windows. There are a few annoyances, but I grew to overlook them and enjoy what the cottage has to offer…definitely privacy and quiet. There’s a lovely park within blocks. It turned out to be exactly what I was looking for! I’ll miss it!
