Positive: Amazing location close to everything we wanted to walk to. Really nice and spacious studio apartment. Clean and modern.
Negative: The front door to get into the building must have been broken. There was a cone propping up the door when we got there and when it wasn’t holding it open (over half the time in 3 days even though I contacted the unit manager) the front door code would not work and we had were locked out until someone came out from inside. Having the door wide open was a complete security breach and the first night it seemed a bunch of teenagers were partying in one of the units - also saw some “shady” looking characters coming and going. This part of the stay was not ideal at all.

Positive: The property was very clean, spacious and was the dream location for the whole city. The train station right at the end of the street was very convenient. It is also close to a lot of good bars and restaurants! Can’t rate this place highly enough and will always try and stay there again whenever I return to Boston!

Positive: The easy checkout in and check out was greatly appreciated. The location was perfect beautiful area and close to everything you’ll ever need. Gorgeous room, will absolutely stay again.
Negative: The only thing was a lot of construction on the road coming in but as soon as we were in our building we didn’t notice it at all, it was not a bother, just something unexpected but had nothing to do with the property itself.

Positive: The location of the unit was perfect for walking and catching a tax/Lyft/Uber. The unit was clean and comfortable.
Negative: Can be very noisy. Sounds from inside and outside of the building can be heard loud and clear. There is also construction happening close by that can be heard during very early morning hours.
