Summary: The listing information and pictures were accurate to their description. Easy to find. Quiet neighborhood. Owner lives next door and was very friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was what we expected and to remedy any problems, which there were none. Beds were comfortable. Water temps and shower pressure were great. Bedding was great. Towels were plentiful. Wi-Fi connection was good, I worked a few days with no issues. Streaming channel selections were available. We did not use the AC so I cannot comment. We used the outside firepit only once but that was because we weren't around to use it more. Fry's, Albertson's and Target (grocery stores) were a 10-15 minute drive away. Restaurants were plentiful, fast food, sports bars and sit down styles were available. Access to major freeways was quick and easy. Surprise Stadium for Spring Training games was a short drive.
