Summary: We arrived at the property with great expectations given the previous good reviews, however we quickly discovered a number of shortcomings. These were brought to the owner’s attention within a couple of days of us arriving, but sadly most were not rectified by the time of our departure. The property was clean and tidy and in a quite location. The pool table was great fun to use. Upon our arrival we discovered that one of the patio sliding door was off its track and would not open. We managed to get it back on track so it would slide, but we found that the door jam fixings would not engage so we could not lock either patio door. The property manager arranged for someone to come round the following day and after some time he managed to get the doors to lock. That took until 11:30am so we lost a half day having to stay in while the necessary repairs were made. The taps (both hot and cold) in the ensuite basin had almost no water flow. We were advised that both water valves would need to be replaced. This repair would likely take some time and involve turning off the water to the whole property. We had already waited in until 11am on the third day of our stay and didn’t want to lose any more of our vacation so we managed without the use of the wash basin in the en-suite for the duration of the holiday although sharing one hand basin in the main bathroom was not ideal. None of the window blinds appeared to be working properly as we couldn’t lower them. Most were not fully

Summary: The property is clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. If you’re into fishing, bring your rod as the canal bordering the backyard provides ample angling opportunities. On a side note, a working staircase or ladder from the backyard to water level would be a welcome addition.

Summary: Pros: Good communication prior to arrival, easy wifi access, house was very clean, toiletries and coffee were a nice touch. Cons: Two of the three beds are rock hard. We couldn't sleep. It was so bad we debated if we could stay here again on future visits. In between: The AC also kept setting back to a temperature we didn’t choose even though it wasn't set for schedule mode. I had to get up in the middle of the night to change it again. By the time I figured out what was going on, we only had a day left and I was so tired so I didn’t contact the property manager. The pool guy also showed up without notice. In none of the communications did it mention he would be by during our stay, and he didn't announce himself, so imagine my surprise to walk into the kitchen and find a strange man in the back yard! I'm glad our dog wasn't out back.

Summary: me and my family rented the home and fell in love with the place it was very nice and clean the host was very helpful the place was where marvelous we really enjoyed it and will defiantly be back

Summary: The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Close to grocery stores, which made grocery delivery an easy option. My kids loved the pool table, pool and fishing in the canal. We caught a lot of peacock bass. Very friendly neighbor, Pops gave us coconuts and information about the area. Short drive to Pompano beach which was very family friendly.

Summary: This was a wonderful place to stay! It was clean and updated. The beds were comfortable. Sitting poolside was relaxing and the wildlife were entertaining. The owner was so nice, attentive and responsive. If we are in that area again, we would definitely stay there.

Summary: This property is updated, spacious, and clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Comfortable beds and furniture inside and out. Great pool and canal view. We enjoyed the outside lights and fenced yard. The owner promptly responds to messages. We look forward to another stay at this home.

Summary: This house was amazing everything was 5 star, it was very clean , the pictures where exactly on point. The beds where comfortable the location was great , overall this was one of the best stays for us. .The communication , help and understanding from the host was amazing I would recommend this house to travelers And I would definitely stay here again Thank you;;;
