Summary: I stayed here with another family and some young ladies from our AAU basketball team. We were playing at a tournament in Hamilton OH (Spooky Nook). This location allowed us to enjoy the city while also having easy access to Spooky Nook - it was about a 40 minute drive BUT we did not have to go on Interstate 75. The owners were great in communicating and in allowing early check in after a long drive. WIFI had its issues but I don’t blame the owners - I think it was a provider issue. The Northside community is cute and the house is within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. The property is older but you get exactly what you see online. It was a good choice for our group.

Summary: Communication was outstanding as was the l9cation . The kitchen was first rate. The only complaint that I heard from family members who stayed there were the mattresses , especially the bunk bed ones. Overall it was a great experience. Thanks so much. Btw, my grandkids (17 and 11) are convinced that there is an active ghost, particularly on the first floor. Any insights? They both reported a woman who was "kind, and bored." Any insights?

Summary: The communication with hosts was excellent and they checked in daily to make sure all was well. This is a roomy and well kept property. The kitchen is well stocked with 2 different coffee makers, coffee, sugar and powdered creamer which will do in a pinch (until you get to the grocery to get "real" cream), Three very roomy bedrooms with plenty of room to spread out. The laundry is on the main floor (big plus in these old houses). Defininitely a nice place.
