Summary: This home is nice. We are a family of 8 we came to California all the way from Tillamook oregon 15hr. Drive for a family wedding.this home seemed the perfect home to stay at since it has a pool but we could not get in since its was very dirty my 7yr old was the only one who got in but i was disappointed the rest of us didn't. The management told me they were going to send someone to come clean but nobody ever showed up. This home was also very dirty we had to sweep the floors since i have little ones. One thing i can say is that the management send someone the next day to clean our floors and also apologized and offered to buy dinner. But i would of rather come to a complete clean home.

Summary: Let me start with the check in process. Very easy and owner was responsive.Upon arrival impression: house looks a little dated but is in a quiet family neighborhood. Front entry was nice and had good presentation.Entry: the front door has a ring camera doorbell that goes off constantly. No one wants to be on camera every time they leave the house or arrive. Door did not open all the way unless halfway into opening you lifted up to open in the rest of the wayFirst impression upon getting inside: smelt good and clean and welcoming.Living room: clean. Couches are terrible and I would request they replace immediately.Very uncomfortable and the covers did not fit properly and were really annoying. Dining area and kitchen: clean had WiFi password sign available as well as utensils pots etc. Dishwasher did not close properly and we had to hand wash the whole time. Owner did send someone out however they said the whole thing would need to be replaced so we didn’t have use of the dishwasher. Bedrooms: on arrival they were clean and ready. A small dresser in each would be nice. The beds themselves were not very comfortable Bathrooms: clean upon arrival. Outside: looks like the ultimate place to hang. Kids loved the basketball hoop.Cons: lots of visible water type damage on all the doors and they asked for 200.00 a night to use the spa that was not put on the listing. The spa ended up not even working and their pool guy did not clean The pool and it was dirty
