Freshly renovated 3 bedroom home situated in a quiet street near the Campaspe River. It’s only a short drive to the centre of Echuca which boasts fantastic restaurants, bars, cafes and the historic port area.
Includes entire 3 bedroom house, carport, secure fully fenced yard on a large block. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.
Enjoy a BBQ or nibbles on the spacious, undercover deck area.
This home is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Echuca/Moama has to offer.
Bedrooms:
Main bedroom has a queen bed.
Second bedroom has a queen bed.
Third bedroom has a double bed.
Ceiling fans are in all three bedrooms. Quality bedding and towels are provided.

The main living room has split system heating and cooling along with a comfortable couch and smart TV.
Kitchen and Dining:

Summary: We could tell the owner really cared about our stay. All the additional special little touches made our stay perfect. Immaculately clean and high quality inclusions - fire pit outside, stocked with wood. The owner has thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Summary: The house has been beautifully renovated with matching furnishings and lovely decor. It has everything you need including kitchenware and pantry staples. The heater along with the double-glazed windows kept us warm and we also enjoyed the outdoor firepit (wood supplied) and the board games. There is nothing we could fault with it and we would thoroughly recommend this to others. A wonderful, relaxing holiday.
