All four bedrooms are located on the main level, making the home especially accessible. One bedroom features a king-size bed, two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, and the fourth bedroom includes a queen bed along with a twin bunk bed set—great for families or groups traveling with kids. Below the home, the covered ground level offers ample space for parking or casual outdoor entertaining.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.

- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

Summary: The home is a great size and very close to the beach, everything was clean when we arrived and we were able to get access quickly and easily. The path to the beach, however, needs to cleared a little better. The grass and plants are overgrown making it difficult to navigate through. The home has all the very basic necessities but much less than other homes we have rented in the area, it would be nice if they had extra blankets or games to play but we managed fine without. The water pressure is not very good in the showers including the outdoor shower and the hose barely had a trickle of water, which made rinsing sand off a little difficult. But all around, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We weren't in the house much, because it was a very short teip for us. However it was very inviting and comfortable. No complaints whatsoever, but really only used beds and master shower. Wonderful location, and definitely book again in future.
