Summary: Very nice property and owner was very responsive to every question we had. Well appointed and pull was great. Loved the Nokomis area. Close to several beaches and lots of fun restaurants

Summary: Lovely home that is better furnished than most rentals and definitely the best house for the price. Owners were excellent with communication. The location was perfect as it was close to everything yet on a quiet street. I spend approximately 4 months of the year in rentals and this house is in the top1%. Quality linens, fabulous appliances,dishes and glassware in the kitchen , great water pressure in the showers Aaaaaaaannnnd the pool and lanai are HUGE! Pictures on the listing do not do the home justice.
