Summary: Everything was as expected with two king bedrooms and attached full baths on the second floor and a half bath on the first. The front porch leads to a tree filled space which was perfect for our two dogs to roam around. The location worked well to get to our concerts as it is close to downtown and south of the city. Stairs do need fixing as some of the trim had fallen off. Overall we would definitely come back again.

Summary: Great location in quiet neighborhood. The property is in the process of having the carpet taken out and replaced with other type flooring. Steps were a little tricky not having the flooring completed up the stairs. Furnished kitchen with everything that we needed to fix a great meal. There is a keurig- which I loved and was able to have my coffee each morning. Overall a great place and will definitely stay again.
