Summary: This is a beautiful property. A ancient farm building restored by the architect owner. It is modern and clean inside. Located in a peaceful rural setting but only 5 minutes from Alghero. Owners live next door and are friendly and very helpful

Summary: Daniela and Gianfranco’s house was exactly as shown and described. Located just minutes away from the center of Alghero, it offers a great position for anyone looking for peace and quiet while still being very close to the city. The house is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Daniela and Gianfranco are very welcoming hosts. I will fondly reminisce about the wonderful time I had at the Xiprer house during my dull and grim winter!

Summary: This is a wonderful house in a beautiful location and with great hosts. Our family had such a delightful time and would return in a heartbeat. It is located in a peaceful olive grove and just a five-minute drive to bustle of town with its restaurants and shops. The place has everything you need, including a well stocked kitchen. We prepared nice meals and sat outside on the terrace to have dinner under the setting sun. The beds are comfortable and the design impeccable. This place is an absolute gem!
