**La maison est idéalement située dans l’entre deux mers sur le côteau du village de Lamothe-Landerron.
Le point de vue unique ainsi que le calme de son environnement sublimeront votre séjour. Vous pourrez admirer la plaine de la Garonne depuis la piscine qui surplombe la vallée.
**Le matin, le petit déjeuner peut se prendre côté Sud au bord de la piscine ou côté Nord donnant sur la vigne, la forêt et les champs environnants. Avec un peu de chance quelques chevreuils, lièvres et perdreaux viendront vous aider à vous réveiller !
**La journée vous pourrez choisir entre vous balader sur les nombreux chemins et routes environnantes, faire des randonnées en VTT, des balades à cheval, vous détendre dans la piscine ou bien encore aller sur les bases de loisirs de Fontet et de Fourques sur Garonne .
Vous pourrez réaliser des balades le long ou sur le canal latéral de la Garonne également appelé canal du midi à partir de Toulouse. La Garonne est accessible à plusieurs endroits pour se promener ou pêcher.
La maison se situe à 10 km de la ville de La Réole élue ville d’Art et d’Histoire et dont le marché hebdomadaire du samedi matin a été élu "plus beau marché de France" en 2023 .
-A l’Ouest se trouvent les beaux vignobles girondins de St Emilion ( 50 minutes ) Pomerol et Sauternes ( 35 minutes). Les plages landaises et girondines ne sont qu’à 120km . Vous pourrez y gravir la célèbre dune du Pyla. Aux alentours, se trouvent les charmants villages de Guyenne dont Monségur qui propose ses marchés nocturnes durant la période estivale et son célèbre festival des 24h du swing.
-Au Sud, la ville de Casteljaloux dispose d’un centre thermal, d’un casino, d’un golf et d’un lac où de nombreuses activités vous seront proposées (baignades, aqua Park, acrobranche…).
-Au Nord, vous trouverez la ville de Duras avec son château historique et ses animations durant l’été (festivals, marchés de nuit, concerts…), le lac de Ste Colombe de Duras et sa Tyrolienne de 200m. La Dordogne n’est qu’à seulement une heure de route et vous y découvrirez la vallée des châteaux et villages médiévaux.
-A l’Est , se trouve la ville de Marmande (capitale de la tomate) où vous trouverez un superbe marché, sa fête de la tomate et son championnat de Montgolfières. La ville d’Agen est très facilement accessible par l’autoroute qui vous donnera un accès direct aux parcs d’attractions d’Aqualand et de Walygator. Si vous désirez découvrir les plus beaux villages du Lot et Garonne et déguster de vrais pruneaux d’Agen il vous suffira de parcourir peu de distance pour visiter les villages de Pujols, Villeréal, Castillonnès et Cancon (capitale de la noisette Française).
