Positive: Lovely room next to the police station, close to everything. David is an excellent host and gave us great recommendations for restaurants. We were lucky to find free parking just next to the hotel. Room was very modern, clean and secure.

Negative: There was really nothing not to like, the only small thing is that the air condition is a bit week, we had to have it on full speed through the night trying to cool the room. Balcony is next to a street but was not a problem for us.

Positive: This is a very cute and cozy place. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets are lovely. The bathroom is quite nice. It's a very well thought out and comfortable space. It's walking distance to the beach and the river and it's very centrally located. We had no personal interaction with any staff but messages were answered quickly. It's a great little space.

Negative: The internet was almost non-existent. I had to use a mobile hot spot. There is no on site parking and parking in the neighborhood can be challenging. It might be best to give them a heads up of your arrival time. It took a few minutes to get someone to let us in.

Summary: Very comfortable and nice stay in a good location.

Positive: The Charm-In centre is a beautiful boutique hotel. It is very modern and kept extremely clean. The rooms are lovely with a well designed bathroom and just enough space for one large suitcase. The location is fantastic - 10 min walk to the beach, surrounded by cafes and free parking so we were able to drive to other beaches too. I also loved the rooftop of the hotel which had deck chairs. Fully enjoyed my 5 nights stay here. The hotel also provides free coffee vouchers to a near by cafe!

Negative: Although I enjoyed my stay here, I felt the value for money was slightly lacking. As it is a beach town and only 10 min walk to the beach, for that price I would expect beach towels. I would have also scored this hotel 10/10 if there were robes and slippers in the room too. These small extras really go a long way, especially when you spend all day at the beach and want to come back to a cosy robe! Contrary to the other reviews, I was surprised and slightly disappointed by the lack of personal communication and the front desk being vacant everyday of our stay. It would have been nice to be able to talk to someone about recommendations and things to do rather than waiting on a response via whatsapp.
