Positive: Nita’s property was everything that we could have asked for. It was extremely clean and anything that was needed was available. The sectional in the living room was so extremely comfortable that a few of us wanted one just like it. The check in was so simple and she actually accommodated our request for early checkin. When I’m back in the Charlotte/Concord area I will definitely see if her place is available.

Positive: I loved the quiet neighborhood. The house was nice and perfect for a small group. House was clean and the host didn’t pry. I love the keyless entry it was very convenient.

Negative: I didn’t like the big list of rules especially about cleaning being that we paid for a cleaning fee. I didn’t like the steep hill. The bathrooms weren’t that nice a lot of water stains.

Summary: Overall it was a great experience and a lovely home, definitely recommend this for a small group.
