Experience Columbia, SC in a truly unique way in this absolutely stunning Charleston style home with double porches perfect for swinging, enjoying the treetop city views, and gathering with family/friends! This home has the best ideal location you could ask for in downtown as it's a 5 minute walk to 5pts (restaurants, bars, and shopping), and to USC's campus! Every room has been tastefully decorated in high end furnishings for the most luxurious stay where you're sure to feel right at home!
In addition to federal/state/local laws, and any laws enforced by your booking app, please be mindful and respectful of the following house rules:
- NO Smoking in or on the property! This is a strictly no-smoking property. If you smoke we will charge you an additional cleaning fee plus a $100 charge for ozone remediation.
- No parties, large gatherings, or loud noises. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
- No unapproved guests, unless otherwise agreed upon/given permission by host. Only the guests quoted on the stay are permitted onto the property. If you have any unapproved guests, we will charge a fee of $100/unapproved guest, and require the extra guests to vacate the premises immediately. Please approve any extra visitors with us prior to bringing them onto the property even stopping by for a few minutes as we have Code Enforcement rules to adhere by in regards to guest count.
-Guests must provide first and last names of all guests and visitors on the reservation, as well as, ages of all guests.
-No bookings under the age of 25. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 at all times while staying on the property.
-Pet friendly with a $75 pet fee for up to 2 dogs, and $100 for 3. If you bring an unapproved pet/animal, we will charge a $100 fee for additional cleaning, and will require your pet/animal to be removed immediately. Pet fee goes towards extra deep cleaning required to free the home of any allergens for other guests.
- If early check-in or late check-out are needed, please contact us no later than 7pm the day before check-in or check-out. We will try to accommodate we cannot guarantee anything. Unless otherwise agreed upon, you cannot check-in earlier than the noted check-in time and day, or check-out later than the noted check-out time and day. If you attempt to check-in earlier or stay past your check-out time without our permission, there will be an additional fee of $50/hr to pay our cleaners as they are prompt and need to be paid for their waiting time. We may also call the police for trespassing should you overstay your welcome.
- If you break/damage something, or discover something broken/damaged, please let us know
- Do not move furniture / appliances / etc.
- Do not unplug important electronics (i.e. appliances, internet, etc)
- Do not unplug, block, or tamper with exterior surveillance cameras
- Nothing but toilet paper in the toilets
To be mindful of during stay: Please help us save our quilts/duvets by sleeping inside the sheets and not on top due to body oils/lotions/sunscreens leaving stains on our nicer duvets which are more expensive to replace.

Summary: We really enjoyed our week at the Charleston House! The home was so pleasant with space for everyone to spread out and have some alone time, as well as great spaces to gather. The kitchen was lovely! We appreciated that so many things were within walking distance and the property manager was really easy to work with and communicate. Would definitely stay again! Note that if you have multiple cars, there is off street parking for 3 vehicles and everything else is permit parking due to the proximity to the University.

Summary: The property was amazing and fully equipped with all of our needs. We were only there overnight but would have loved to have stayed longer. The porch and balcony were both wonderful but we were not there long enough to enjoy them. Next time we have a girls weekend in Columbia we will definitely make sure to stay there again.

Summary: We were really impressed with this property. It is clean, spacious, and very well maintained. Beds are very comfortable which is sometimes hit or miss with a rental. The kitchen is nice and modern too. We really loved all the thoughtful details like snacks and some drinks in the refrigerator and lots of toiletries in the bathrooms. The holiday decorations were wonderful and it really felt like being in a warm and welcoming home and not just a "rental". Loved it!
