Negative: I requested a receipt at checkout, but it was not provided. I then tried obtaining it through Booking.com, but it appears that only the hotel can issue it. I have messaged the hotel multiple times, yet I have received no response for over a month. I was traveling to attend a conference, and the receipt is essential for submitting my reimbursement to the university. Unfortunately, the lack of communication has made this process very difficult.

Negative: Was disappointed that there was not an elevator. However, the person that checked us in gave us a 1st floor room. But that room did not have the couch/sofa that was supposed to be in the room I booked.
