Positive: The room was clean. The bed was comfy. I liked the Host personal welcome. Ironing equipment, fan, kettle, microwave and fridge were available.

Negative: I didn't like sharing a bathroom. I wasn't aware of this till I arrived. It would have been helpful if there was a sink in the room. The internet didn't work.

Summary: The room was clean. However there was no internet so I couldn't do any networking.

Positive: The property was modern and clean, had everything you’d need for a short stay. The hosts were particularly good, meeting us to arrange permits for parking and sorting an issue with the boiler. We had a lovely stay here.

Positive: Loved the cleanliness and the thought process in providing everything you will need like pots pans iron ironing board , dishwasher , two washing machines etc.

Negative: The hall could have been bigger...the room on the first floor was unnecessary..that could have been linked to the hall and made the hall bigger so that a bigger dining table could fit

Summary: Enjoyed our stay and warm and jovial hosts
