Summary: The grounds are beautiful, and our room was so nice. The bathroom is huge, which was a great bonus. We had lunch by the pool and dinner at the restaurant, and both meals were excellent. The food is great, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's the perfect spot if you want to relax without ever having to leave the resort. It's ideal for a weekend getaway and is only about a two-hour drive from Rome. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Summary: 🇬🇧 English Chapter Hills is a beautiful property that clearly aims to offer a refined and sophisticated Tuscan experience. The rooms are full of character, staying true to the charm of traditional Tuscan stone buildings, with lovely architectural details and a warm atmosphere. The bathrooms are modern, spotless, and well maintained, and housekeeping is excellent throughout the stay. The real highlight, however, is the staff. Every member of the team was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and professional, making us feel valued from arrival to departure. Unfortunately, the pricing does not reflect the overall experience. The hotel charges rates comparable to a luxury five-star property, but the facilities and services do not consistently reach that standard. The spa pricing is particularly difficult to justify, with a basic facial treatment starting at €220, which feels excessive. Food and drinks are also significantly overpriced, and while the presentation is good, the quality does not match the premium prices being charged. Overall, Chapter Hills is a charming place with wonderful staff and authentic Tuscan character.
