Positive: An incredible opportunity to stay at a family run farm stay. The people are so welcoming and friendly we loved our stay here - the location is fantastic- the accommodation sensitively blends in to the surroundings and the views are outstanding to rice terraces and the farm itself below.

Negative: I would have liked to stay longer!!!

Positive: - Great view - Very welcoming host family, you feel at home immediately - Super sweet and playful children that roam around the property, they will stay in our heart for sure! - Very relaxed atmosphere, great place to stay for a weekend and unwind

Negative: - No wifi and AC in the room, but not a problem for us.

Positive: Perfect location away from the main town nestled in the valley. So easy to do self guided walking through the local villages from here. They also do a great breakfast and dinner menu with local style food. Wonderful family and can help with and transfers, guided tours or recommendations.

Positive: The views are lovely, the accommodation charming and very clean and the family who run the Farmstay are such brilliant hosts. It is a really great way to see the family life of a local family in comfort. The hosts let us check in very early. We had an issue with our flights and one of the hosts was so incredibly helpful - spending a lot of time on her phone to try and resolve it and offering to help arrange transport etc. It was really above and beyond what we could have expected. We took a trekking tour which was great and arranged by the Farmstay - seeing local villages and having a very nice lunch at a local house. The breakfasts at the Farmstay were delicious and huge portions. The Farmstay is about 10/15 mins out of Sapa, but even though the road is quite rocky in parts it was very easy to get a Grab taxi and worth it to be in such a quiet and peaceful spot. There are a couple of nice looking cafes close to the Farmstay too, we didn’t get to try (with lovely views). Thank you for a brilliant stay.

Positive: Lovely family homestay - stunning views, super kind atmosphere, excellent food and super helpful family :) Everything was amazing - the room was spacious and clean, we got an extra douvet as it was quite cold in winter, tho berable :) nice wlaki g distance (little trek) to neighbour villages. They helped us arrange a taxi and a scooter. The food they serve is excellent wuality and super tasty.

Negative: We lover everything
