Positive: The property has the best view in Folkestone, this alongside the owners being fantastic hosts and giving me daily fresh eggs from their chickens made my stay a fantastic experience. 10/10 would recommend and am already planning on booking again in October.

Negative: The weather in July was terrible but there isn't much anyone can do about that.

Summary: Great stay with fantastic hosts. Would definitely return.

Positive: From start to finish we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. The hosts thought of everything possible. Sonia & Lee was so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be going back next year.

Positive: This is a beautifully located home from home, which had everything we needed and more. Sonia and Lee were superb hosts and couldn't do enough for us. They also have great taste in decor! There is so much to do in the local area, from visiting the immaculate beach, to the War Memorial, Dover Castle, the safari park, and the Battle of Britain Museum. After all of the walking we did, the hot tub was a very welcome retreat.

Negative: Nothing, this stay was simply superb.

Positive: Excellent location. Dog friendly. High spec. Attention to detail - everything thought of. Hosts very helpful and put our needs first.

Negative: Perhaps a small sink would have been helpful, but really appreciated that the washing up was taken care of. I think the fees for a dog are very reasonable but should be made clear prior to booking. The commitment to book has to be made without knowing what the additional cost is.
