Positive: residence is located within forrest, on a pretty large property - feels like living in the jungle. the suite we rented was large, nicely furnished. staff is exceeding your expectation - from the welcome until you leave. they"ve been very helpful in arranging transportation, restaurants, picking up grab orders - you name it.

Positive: Dream. Perfect boutique hotel. Beautiful and cosy. Great staff, great location. Superb building, room, swimming pool and garden. Would recommend to anyone coming to Chiang Mai for a few days.
Negative: the plastic duck in the swimming pool....;-). That's about it.

Positive: The hotel was an oasis away from the city center. I literally just enjoyed sitting outside my room for hours. The decor was top notch and service was homey and excellent (think less hotel chain professionally trained but more your friendly cleaner at home). There are only 4 rooms so I felt like I was staying in a relative's home albight one with great taste and not a nuisance. Would definitely stay again if in Chiang Mai.
Negative: It's less of a dislike but you should know that you need a grab to basically get anywhere. Also not really any eating places nearby but I had excellent grab delivered.

Positive: It felt like staying with the warmest family you can find in Chiang Mai. Everyone was so welcoming, making sure we were always comfortable and supported all throughout our stay. Chiang Mai acommodations have the best hospitality in my opinion but the Chandra Team exceeds that.
Negative: There was nothing we didn't like as we wanted a calm, peaceful environment during the busiest season in Chiang Mai and Chandra Residences fulfilled that.

Positive: As many previous guests remarked this is an exceptional beautiful and downright gorgeous space and setting. Lush in the middle of a tropical setting - with a great pool - quite - unbelievable attentive staff. Highly recommend this place as a fantastic way to be close enough to town while nestled into the neighboring National Park and Forrest.

Positive: The highlight is super nice staff. The room was spacious, clean and well décor. The area is very green and comfortable to stay. No problem for breakfast as we ordered food delivery and the staff served our delivery food nicely. Highly recommend.
