Positive: Everything was fantastic - clean and carefully cured hotel, comfortable beds and rooms (I had my best nights there !) and really great location, at the heart of the Old Quarter. The staff was absolutely lovely and adorable, so caring, kind and sweet ! The gym was great for mornings exercices and the breakfast was absolutely delicious ! I was supposed to stay 3 nights and ended up extending my stay, as I did not want to leave. Big hearts up for all the Champton team !

Summary: Amazing stay, everything was made to make me feel right at home here ❤️

Positive: Location and staff. Lady on front desk with glasses (possibly manager) was incredibly attentive our whole stay and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Negative: We were going to keep our room for the second day but had to change. One room with a bath. The other without. We asked identical. The person I communicated with would come the next day but was on leave and nobody else was available to communicate about the rooms and new offer for extra days. Only after choosing for another hotel I finally got an answer back. Wasn't taken serious.
